Our Retail Customer Return Policy is as follows:

1. In all instances the customer must return the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt with all merchandise that is returned.
    Items may be returned within a 30 day period of time providing they are still in the original unopened box or original unopened
    container, and are in new and unused condition.

2. Customer also agrees to pay the "Minimum Shipping and Handling Cost for Processing this Order" which is stated on the invoice
    that is shipped with the merchandise.   In other words, If merchadise is returned to the company for any reason, the Customer is
    responsible to reimburse us for the companies original shipping and handling cost listed on the invoice even if  the shipping cost
    was promotionally listed as "free" or was not originally charge to the customer.

3. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling back to us and must return all merchandise via a postal or common carrier
    insured for the total value of the merchandise!   Please call us before shipping  merchandise back for special instructions -
    this will save you considerable  time and of money and the possible total loss of the merchandise shipped back to us.

Our Retail Exchange Policy is as follows:

1. Items returned for exchange will be processed without any charge to customer including no shipping charges back to customer
    within the United States.

Our Retail Upgrading Policy is as follows:

1. Upgrading is also possible on many items and is offered for a nominal fee with discounting well below list price.
    (Please call us before shipping merchandise back.)

Our Retail Repair Policy is as follows:

Unconditional Lifetime Warranty on all parts and labor on defective merchandise or merchandise that needs repair.
(Company reserves the right  to replace product with newer merchandise if repair is not possible or needs to be updated.)

Customer should in all instances call before shipping back any merchandise to advise us a return is coming as this allows us to properly
track the return thus, matching the customer and product and the service -  when it hits our door (loading dock) with our records.
